612Collection: Event 003 centers around giving Minneapolis visual artists and musicians a place to appreciate a collection of photography and sound. 612Collection has thus far revolved around local hip-hop showcases at smaller venues and DIY spaces; now, they have chosen to feature “street” photographers (shots of live music, candid portraits, urban snapshots, etc) because of this category’s natural yet defined similarity to the lifestyle of musicians. At Cal Surf on May 5th, They will curate a space for musicians and visual artists alike to kick off the lovely month of ~Måy~
