Fernando Lopez’ short film “Backyard” highlights nature through a child’s lens seeing an untainted world; warm, quaint and evocative. The immersive gallery grows into a mystical experience as our childlike mind tampers with creativity and surrealism. As we travel deeper into a perspective we once had ourselves, we recognize the elusiveness of nature to the adult mind that has been exposed to the wears and tears of humanity.
