The Purple Ones – A Fashion Show for KFAI at SPNN, St. Paul

KFAI Community Radio 90.3FM Minneapolis // 106.7FM St. Paul is hosting a Fundraiser Fashion Show Event and Music Extravaganza: The Purple Ones – A Fashion Show Fundraiser for KFAI – inspired by Minnesota’s very own icon, Prince.

We are having Fashion Designers compete to create a fabulous one outfit look based on a Prince song of their choice, and show off their design on our Fashion Show Runway. Designs will be judged on Flair, Personality, Charisma, Passion & of course adding the color purple into each creation.

Each look will be judged by an esteemed group of Twin Cities’ luminaries: Roxanne Anderson, DJ Mickey Breeze, Maria Isa, Andrea Jenkins, Robyne Robinson, Samantha Rei and Toki Wright.

KFAI Radio will crown a Fashion Design Winner with an Grand Prize & more!

DJ Miss Britt will provide our sounds during the runway activities, and the lovely Quinn Shimmer Villagomez will Emcee. And, as if that wasn’t enough, after the fashion show, music ensues with performances by PaviElle French and Prince’s official DJ, Brother Jules, sponsored by Chase & Ovation.
