Kehlani has been releasing music off her new project, You Should Be Here due on April 28th. Her latest single from this project Jealous is featuring the very talented MN artist Lexii Alijai. There has been some buzz around these two working together ever since Kehlani praised Lexii’s project Feel.less on her Instagram last year. The possibility of the collaboration became more of a reality when Kehlani recently sat down with Ness Nitty at Hot. 97 for an interview. In this interview, she revealed that there were only two features on this project and hinted that these features would be from be BJ The Chicago Kid and Lexii Alijai. She also spoke of her highly commendable pen game and how she writes 100% of all her songs. She executes her flawless song-writing skills yet again on this song, which was produced by Jahaan Sweet, who is also responsible for producing a lot of her songs. Listen to Kehlani sing about dealing with the ups and downs in relationships, especially in this social media age we live in. Lexii graces the track with her bold and confrontational lyrics as well.
