D’Allen White – Not a Single Damn was Given [Debut Album]

I stumbled upon D’Allen White and his music about a month ago when he shared his single Center Stage, which was produced by Greg Grease. Someone had RT’d it on my timeline and I decided to check it out. I found out that White was a rising Minneapolis artist getting ready to release his debut album shortly and I made sure to keep an eye out for it. Earlier this week, White released Not a Single Damn was Given. The 11-track project features production from Minneapolis heavy weights such as Greg Grease, Medium Zach and Big Cats just to name a few. The album also features guest appearances from I Self Devine K.Raydio, Alicia Steele & Phonetic ONE (R.I.P.). What an amazing approach and execution for a debut album, White has surrounded himself with the best of the best people in the music scene and because of that this album is definitely worth listen. I think this is a great introductory project for people to get acquainted with White’s music, sound, flow and perspective. I think the project is cohesive, fun, high energy, bold, and straight to the point. I look forward to seeing White do some live performances in support of this album soon.

Till then listen to his Debut Album below, it’s available via his Soundcloud and Bandcamp. Let me know what you think of White and his music; comment below or tweet me (@thelitestyle).
